Any ruby, sapphire or emerald sold by Quenton Elliott Jewelry Company is sold under the assumption that such precious stone has undergone some type of clarity or color enhancement unless it is sold accompanied with a certificate from a gemological laboratory stating otherwise.

RETURN POLICY
Purchases, in new condition, and accompanied by a receipt, with original box may be returned for a full refund within ten days. The refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment, with 10% restocking fee on credit card purchases.
Purchases, in new condition, and accompanied by a receipt, with original box, may be returned for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY after ten days and within thirty days.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE TAKEN AFTER THIRTY DAYS.
Consignment purchases, special orders, modified merchandise, custom designs, and closeout or “as is” items are final sale and are not returnable.

WARRANTY POLICY
Quenton Elliott Jewelry Company stands behind its reputation of providing excellent professional services, and extends limited warranty privileges at the discretion of the management. Limited warranty will cover workmanship and parts and will only be honored provided an item requires further attention due to no fault of the client. Quenton Elliott will not be responsible for an item that shows signs of abuse or negligence.
In reference to ring purchases, in general there is no charge to size down a ring, unless otherwise determined by management. Quenton Elliott will require additional payment to size up a ring.

Shipping Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We take extraordinary care in packaging our shipments and make certain that the items we ship to you are in the best condition possible. Please contact us immediately after receiving your package to notify us of any problem regarding the piece(s) such as damage. If you are simply not pleased with your purchase, you may return it without question provided you contact us within two business days of receipt.
- Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition. Any item that has been sized or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. We will exclude ring sizing if the work was performed in our shop.
- Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. For a refund, returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your package. Simply contact us via email at info.qemto@gmail.com or by phone at (713) 528-1641.
- Shipping, insurance and any additional charges incurred during the transaction will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. A re-stocking charge of 10% will be added for purchased items totaling $2,500.00 or more and 3.25% charge will be added for any returns using an American Express credit card. Exchange for store credit only within 30 days
- Diamond ring purchases will be refunded within 3 days of receiving your return. Once inspected by our Staff Gemologist, a refund will be credited to your original form of payment.
